Why can you not request support via EMAIL? Can someone from paralells please deactivate my previous installation so I can install and activate on my new mac. thanks
worked it out @JulieG1 so what i did was, create a new account. Login with that. And used the key from previous account activated it when logged into new account. Hope that helps
