Move Licensed installation of Parallels to new MAC

Hello experts,

I have a licensed installation of Parallels Desktop 7 for Mac installed on my current Macbook Pro, with just one virtual machine (Win 7 pro).

I have ordered a new Macbook Pro and want to move Parallels and the one virtual machine to the new Macbook Pro.

I know how to move a virtual machine from Parallels on one Mac to parallels on another.

But what do I need to do to move my licensed Parallels installation from the old Macbook Pro to the new Macbook Pro?

I do not want to run into licensing issues and hopefully I could do something to copy the current configuration to the new Macbook Pro as well.

Any and all tips and pointers would be welcome.
