Move Windows 10 license from one VM to another

    I upgraded Parallels now the Start button for Windows does not work.
    I want to fix by installing a new version of Windows 10, but want to transfer the license from the already installed version.
    This was a Windows 7 VM upgraded to Windows 10.
    Is there an easy way to do this?
