Moved to a new Mac...still not able to activate

    I am also unable to activate Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro on my new Mac. I am unable to sign out from my old Mac. When I activate, there is no option to activate on the new Mac as documented on https://kb.parallels.com/123461. Can someone look into and fix my license?
