Moving from one laptop to a new one and reusing key?

I have moved to a new Mac laptop, with my old one having been wiped. Can I deactivate/deregister my key, and reregister/reactivate on my new laptop? If not what steps do I take?

Dear Customer Service Team,
I purchased Parallels Tool book and having been using it often since it is a great program. I put it on my work computers and no longer working at that company. There is only one older laptop that has the app, but I need to activate it on a new computer. I've tried to deactivate it from the one older laptop so that I can use it on my new laptop, but having trouble.
How can I do the following:
1) Deactivate it from the two computers that I do not have access to.
2) Deactivate it from the one older laptop that I do have access to.
I don't mind paying for additional licenses, but it looks like I have to pay for twice and not one other time. Thank you in advance for your help.
