Moving Guest OS data to new hard drive

I just replaced the HD in my MacBook Pro with a larger unit, upgraded to Snow Leopard (clean install), and migrated all of my Mac settings and data. Now, all I have left on the old drive is the Bootcamp partition with my XP data. when I start parallels, it only works if I have my old drive connected (externally via firewire). How can I migrate the actual data (not just the PVM file) from my external drive to my new internal HD so everything is on my MacBook Pro?
