MP3 USB players

I have two MP3 players and I can not get the USB to recognize them. One is a Disney MP3 player the other is a Fisher Price MP3 player.

Here is my Hardware:

Processor Name: Intel Core 2 Duo
Processor Speed: 2.16 GHz
Number Of Processors: 1
Total Number Of Cores: 2
L2 Cache (per processor): 4 MB
Memory: 1 GB

I am running Paralles Desktop 3.0 for Mac.
Build 4560 (July 17, 2007)


I sent an email to tecg support, hoever I am not going to hear naything for 3 days.
Really need some help.
