Whenever I try to open a .mdb Access file from a shared folder I receive a prompt advising that the file cannot be opened as 'it is outside your intranet or on an untrusted site. To open the file, copy it to your machine or an accessible network location.' So I have to copy all Access files to my XP vm's C:\ drive before I can open them. Can anyone advise why this might be and whether there is a way round this. Any help gratefully received. CHeers........Jason
