I am using Windows 7 on Parallels 9 (both with newest updates). I am experiencing severe display errors in Microsoft Office 2013, e.g. Project ore Visio. The common hint "uncheck graphic device acceleration" does not work since I cannot see any of the controls within the software, so I am unable to navigate to the settings, either. To see the severity of my problem please have a look at my screenshot (YES, the big empty space is really on my screen!!): I already reinstalled the Parallels Tools, it didn't change a thing. What can I do?
