Multi-Site Setup - Access all RemotePCs from 1 Gateway

Hi,
Wondering if this is possible or whether I'm barking up the wrong tree.
We have 2 sites where we'd like users to be able to access a combination of their own machines, generic machines and published applications.
We have setup all the servers at our primary site and all seems to be working as expected however we have now added our second site and we cannot access the remotePCs from the second site using our existing connection via the client.
We do not have a secure gateway at our second site so this might be what I'm missing, but I would like to be able to access the all via one connection and would expect Parallels to be able to route the connection based on where it's published from.
What else do I need to do to get this to work?
At the moment I have setup both sites, the folder is published from both sites but the device is only published from our second site. If I publish it from both I see it in the client but it will not connect, I assume as the device is registered to the second site. If I only publish it from our mine site it also fails and if I publish it from our secondary site I don't see it listed in the client at all...

Hoping this is something simple/silly that I've missed.
