Hello - we have a basic RAS setup with just a published Desktop. We have MFA setup with MS Authenticator. When users first open the Parallels client they are asked to type in their username/password and OTP. Then once the client opens and they click on Desktop it asks them again for username/password and OTP. So twice they have to enter a code. Can we set it up so just username/password and OTP just once? Would this option work? Start automatically when user logs on: Select this option if you want to open a desktop as soon as a user logs in. Thanks for any assistance!
