I have recently purchased a new MacBook Pro together with Parallels Desktop 11 for Mac.
I installed Parallels and Win 10 while logged into my MBP as an administrator - no problem here.
Later I set up my son as another user on the same MBP and also given him administrator rights. However, when he logged in using his password as another user, he is not able to see or use Parallels. How do I set it up so that he can also use Win 10 ?

Hello DanielO1, iIf you want to share a virtual machine among several Mac user accounts, you need to place your virtual machine in a directory which is accessible to all those accounts. The optimal variant is the /Users/Shared/ directory, where you can create a dedicated Parallels folder to store all of the virtual machine's files.
Every user should have permissions to read, write, and execute the virtual machine's files. Please refer to this article. Thanks!
