My iMac GPU is toasted, how to retrieve my parallels files using Windows 10 laptop?

So, my iMacs GPU is toasted, i have already removed the imac hdd and connected it to my laptop using an ICYBOX hdd enclosure and ready to transfer my data.

1. So which specific file shall i transfer to my laptop to make sure that all my parallels files are safe?

2. Is it possible to retrieve some of the files directly and use them on my laptop. For example, i have some AutoCad files that i want to use on my laptop, is this possible?
