I can't switch into accessible mode on my Mac (yosemite) in Parallels Access. The light is always red and 'switch on the access' is not functioning. I've added Par Access in the list of programs of Universial Accesses in Safety and Confidentiality. Please help.

My Mac shows up as accessible on my web access.
I have updated now to latest version.
When I click on accessing the Mac, a brief "connecting" message shows but nothing more.
    Kindly advise further

Hi jonjof, follow the steps below:
    1. Disable Firewall on Mac and if you have any antivirus installed, please disable it too.
    2. Sign Out from Parallels Access and sign in again & check if the issue persists.

    Thank you for this suggestion.
The firewall is currently off and I do not have any anti-virus application installed.
    Kindly assist further please.
I had also uploaded a Technical data report a the time I sent the above.
