I discarded the old MacBook installed with Parallel 9 after the logic board had failed, and now want to re-install Parallel 9 to a new MacBook. Please advise how to do where I cannot uninstall from the old MacBook.

    Hello TsutomuK,
You could download the Parallels Desktop 9 from this link and install. If you have access to the old MacBook hard disk, you can try transferring the Virtual Machine files to the new MacBook. Otherwise, you can create new Virtual Machine.

    Thank you.
I downloaded. Now, after installing, when I try to register inputting the current key, the dialog box says "you entered a key for update (upgrade?), please enter the key from previous version."
I don't have any key from "previous version." How to register in this case, please.
