My Parallels Desktop Coherence was not work, need help!

Hello, I install the parallels desktop 4.0, but the function of Coherence was not work.
in Parallels Desktop 3.0, it works good.
But now, when I click the Coherence button or click the menu, the Windows XP screen just turn to large, but it still in the window of Parallels area. can't integrated with mac OS X system.
I check the manual, reference the manual I check the service on XP system. the Coherence service was started.

My Environment:
MacBookPro2.4G/2G/GF8600/15")

System:
1, Windows XP sp3
2, MacOSX 10.5

Hello shawn,

Please perform these steps:

1) Go to start->control panel->add/remove programs.
2) Remove the Parallels Tools.
3) It will reboot after uninstall.
4) Again go to Virtual Machine->Install Parallels Tools.
5) This will install Parallels Tools and reboot.
6) It should work fine.

I do remove and reboot and re-install, but Coherence still not work. other menu can work right.
I click the Coherence button or menu, the screen stop 3 or 5 second then continue, nothing changed.

Latest Desktop ver4.0.3848 is not compatible with coherence

Dear Shawn,

I had a same problem with you about starting with coherence mode in Windows XP SP3.
Please check your Paralles Desktop version. In my case, Desktop version 4.0.3848 was not compatible with coherence mode in virtual OS Windows XP SP3.
After uninstalling ver. 4.0.3848 and reinstalling ver. 4.0.3844, coherence mode was available. So you should ask Paralles to permit you to use old version 4.0.3844.

My enviroment:

MacBook2.1GHz,4GB)

System
1. OS10.5.8
2. Windows XP SP3
