As a recent switcher from VMWare Fusion, I love the integration features of Parallels Desktop for Mac. However, there are a few areas where even the most recent build falls on its face (so to speak). These are in roughly most trivial to most complex order.

During new VM setup, the file selection screens go out of focus when you Command+Tab away then back. A new instance must be opened to select your file (like selecting an already existing disk image).

In Preferences>Keyboard, the "Ctrl" checkbox actually modifies the behavior of "Command." There is no "Command" checkbox.

Command should be 'Command' or the symbol, not "Cmd" Same with Alt, which is called Option in Mac OS X.

The Parallels logo in every dock item is highly irritating, and detracts from the seamlessness of the integration.

Swapping Command and Control is nice, but how about then re-mapping Command+Backspace to Delete? This would make deleting things in Windows Explorer much easier.

Higher resolution application icons should be accessed and used. They are trivial to retrieve from within Windows.

Preferences should have a close button in the top left, like any other preference window. And cut it out with the OK/Cancel, this is the Mac we're talking about here. Make a Revert if it makes you happy.

The Parallels Desktop dock item itself is unnecessary in Unity mode. Whenever you Command+Tab to a Windows application, the Parallels application actually comes to the foreground. Switching between a Windows and a Mac application, therefore, requires Alt+TWO Tabbing over the 'stuck' Parallels icon. Replace it with a menu-bar item and I'd be much happier.

I want the option of not showing the taskbar in Unity mode. Why do I need it when all my applications are supposed to go to the dock anyways? Also, I have my lower screen corners trigger Exposé, so it is in a most inconvenient place. Again, a Menubar item would be ideal here.
