My virtual machine keep crashing when I am trying to install a software

    Hello,
    I am trying to install a software and the virtual machine keep crashing. I have Parallels 17 on macOS Sonoma, I know that it is not compatible but the virtual machine works good except when I try to install this specific software. I have sent a technical report with code 453217551. Please could you help me? Thanks!
