My Windows XP guest OS does not sync time quickly.

    I'm running Windows XP guest OS on Parallels 8.

    Every time the machine recovers from sleep, it takes five or ten minutes to sync its time to the host OS ( Mac OS ) .
    Please tell me how to fix it.
