Need Help: Cannot activation for New Mac, too

    I'm having to same issue. I have a new Mac I need to activate the account on. I no longer have my old mac.

    I too can not activate parallels on my new mac. My subscription was renewed on Jan 31, invoice attached), ref number is: 443913072. Followed the every instruction I could find I still get this message when using the activation key provided with my renewal. upload_2024-2-3_13-48-49.png

    Can you help me fix this?

    Thank you, I logged in with the email address you provided, which I no longer have access to. While I can log in, I get the following message:

    Unrecognized.jpg
    The confirmation email goes the the account which I can no longer access resulting in a dead end. I have tried 3 different browsers with the same results. Can you change my login email to the @###tonmail.com address, or do you have another solution?

    Same problem here with my V16 permanent licence. Cannot activate on the new Mac even if disconnected on the old.

    We have made the necessary changes. Kindly try activating your Parallels Desktop 16 again.
    If requested for previous key, you may use your Parallels Desktop 14 key.

    Thanks but unfortunately it doesn't work. I always have the message "this licence has reach its limit of activation" (or something similar. I translate it from the French message.

    i want to move the license from my old Mac to my new one and get an "out of activation limit"-error.

    For us to further assist you, kindly provide us with the following information:
    1. Screenshot of error message you are receiving.
    2. Collect a technical report (right-click Parallels icon in Dock > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and provide us with the report's 9-digit ID in reply to this post.

    I retry many times but it doesn't work. Can you maybe delete or inactivate ma licence number and give me a new one? I really need to transfer this parallels licence to the new Mac.

    The activation limit was exceeded for your Parallels Desktop 16 key.

    We have reset the same.

    Hi,
    I have the same problem. I have a license for v16 and an upgrade for v17, when I activate it says that the code was not accepted by the server.
