I have been using parallels 9 for 3 years and recently clicked on the upgrade option (from the product) and bought an upgrade license to 12. But when I bought it I realised that the upgrade is only possible for 10 and 11 users. I would either like a refund or an option to pay the difference in price and buy the full version. I see that some users have been given the option previously (from threads). I tried posting a reply in one of those threads but seeing that no one cares to reply, I am posting a new thread. Anyone from the support team, please.
