Need new license key

    Hi, I purchased parallel V12 from the Apple Store on September 07, 2017. I tried to install it on my Mac for the first time since I purchased it so I downloaded the parallel app from your web site and went through the installation steps. It asked me to activate the software so I entered my license key and got the message that my license is for parallel v12 and I need a license for parallel v13. I tried to register the license key and get an updated license (since customers who bought v12 between Aug and October are eligible to get a v13 upgrade license at no charge) but your system said the license has already been registered. I might have had registered the key after my initial purchase but I don't recall that. When I login to my account I don't see any licenses registered in my profile. I checked my email and didn't find any emails from parallel support with the new license. So not sure why your system thinks I've registered the license while there's no license in my profile. I need an updated key for v13 so I can activate my software. Please advise.

    Please let me know how I can post questions in a private thread. I have my product receipt and license key that I can send you if needed.

    Hi @MarkS28 , we do not see any licenses registered under your email address. If you have Parallels Desktop 12 for Mac license key please check this article to download and install Parallels Desktop 12 for Mac which is an active product which we still support.

    Hi Arun,
    Please see my purchase receipt from Apple store attached, and note the receipt was sent to me at my email address (sabahimark@gmail.com).
    According to your web site (screenshot below, and attached as a file) customers who purchased parallels desktop v12 between Aug 1, 2017 and October 31, 2017 are entitled to a free upgrade to parallels v13.



    You missed my main point/request which is helping me to register my parallel desktop v12 license and get my parallel desktop v13 free upgrade license.
    I get an error (screenshot below, and attached as a file) when I try to register my v12 license.



    It says the key has been registered under a different account. I don't understand how my license could have been registered under a different account. Please investigate and let me know. Please let me know how I can send you my license key in a private thread.

    Please keep this thread private as it has a screenshot of my product key that I'd like your help with registering, and upgrading to v13 per details provided in the previous update.

    Hi Arun,

    Could you respond to the conversation posted?

    It is almost impossible to figure out how to post a new question on Parallels web site. I can't remember how I filed this request in the first place. Could you please send instructions on how to start a public, and private conversation, too?
