After spending considerable time perusing the forums and researching I'm still very confused about how to use Dropbox to backup my companies Quickbooks files. On my virtual machine Windows my Quickbooks file is located in Computer>> Local Disk (C>> Users>>Public>>Public Documents>>Intuit >>QuickBooks>>Company Files Can't I just move the entire "Parent" folder "Intuit" into Dropbox? Then when I use Quickbooks it will pull from this location and save in DropBox. This seems very simple but all the threads make it appear much more complicated. Am I missing something? JF
