I have been trying to get support from the parallels team for days, they have ignored my twitter messages (even though it's one of the offical mechanisms for support). My account was auto-renewed without any reminder and I would like a refund. I have cancelled my account for next year. However I am very annoyed there was no reminder. I am doubly annoyed at the lack of available support.
