I NEED SUPPORT HELP. But can't seem to be able to get any, no matter where I look! Windows will not open in Parallels. This is my third post here in the Parallels Forum with no responses. I've tried using Facebook Messenger and with 12-24 hours between my responses and their replies, it is very frustrating and I've gotten no solution. I have followed a couple of sets of instructions from the FB 'helper' and the problem is not resolved. I have gone through all the steps in the online help and nothing works. I have tried resetting, repairing, reloading, entering phrases in the DOS screen and anything else they have told me to do. I have a subscription that doesn't expire until September 2023 which should give me phone help until expiration. BUT, I can't get a ticket number which I need in order to talk to someone. I've always felt that Parallels support was second to none. I've used telephone support 2 or 3 times during the 7 years I've been using Parallels with great success. How do I get a ticket number so I can call someone?
