    Did they assist you in cancelling you subscription. I am having the same challenge. I cant seem to find the cancel subscription button. please help cancel it

    Could you please provide the order reference number of the subscription?

    I'm having the same problem! I want to cancel Desktop for Mac subscription - it's been billing me every Jan 15th - how do I cancel the payment it keeps auto-renewing - please help :(
