EDITED I meet here the same 'nice' and 'helpful' peoples that you can find everywhere in Mac community. I will alway wonder why the PC guys are usual much more helpful than the Mac users and the PC forums are 1000 times much bigger. __ That was not a virus as VTMac said. If I were the skeptical type, I'd presume this was an attempt to have a bunch of unknowing people install some sort of maliciious software in their VMs since, you could download and install Parallel and trial this particularly app out yourself for free.

I got the necessary help from www.macrumors.com. That program works on Parallel but now I won't buy it. I will use BootCamp instead.
The people who commented on your thread is neither Parallels' representatives nor in any way a significant sample of 'people in Mac community'. I frequent multiple PC AND Mac forums and I can assure you that there are always certain portion of people who'll rub you the wrong way regardless of the platform in question. I understand your frustration, but your original post can be read in a way that sounds to hide malicious intent, though this is largely not your fault. It's just that there are lots of bulletin board / web forum spammers and spambots out there and lots of us have gotten sick of it. Saying you won't use Parallels because of these guys is effectively making yourself look like one of the zealots you so despise. While I have used Macs and Windows PCs alongside for many years, I have never quite fully understood such unilateral and 'already made up my mind' hatred that many Mac zealots have in regards to the Windows platform. Maybe now I have just witnessed how such bias could start.
If is not a moderator, then who is that 'Hugh Watkins' if he has the power to mark a post a spam and put it in a 'pending for deleting' list. If it is not a moderator then I am sorry, I rushed my conclusion about Parallels and I apologize.
he reported it as spam, not marked it as spam.. ie. he emailed parallels, i suspect, with his view on your post. as its still here, I wouldnt get too upset about it... it may have been a genuine mistake. As wesley said, your post did come off sounding a bit spam(ish).
