Need upgrade license from 10 to 11

Hello,
I bought Parallels 10 about 3 weeks ago. I just tried to install in and realized that a new update has come out. I just registered it today October 20.
According to http://kb.parallels.com/123275 if i "bought and registered it before October 15", i should receive parallels 11 license. The date designated seems arbitrary. I have not had the chance to attempt to install until today and would hate to have missed out on the update.

Is there a way for me to get parallels 11? If so, your bulletin does not make it clear. Please advise. Thank you.
