.net not detected when installing cadmatic e browser

    I am trying to install cadmatic e browser in my windows 11/parallels 18 install. When I run the Cadmatic installer I get an error popup saying that I need to install .net desktop runtime V6.02 or later....I checked and already have .net V7 installed.
    Any tips on a fix? I am not able to see if the Cadmatic program will run in the VM or not.
