I installed Windows 7 under Parallels Desktop 4.0 build 3848 on my early 2006 MacBook Pro running OS 10.6.1. Windows is expressing a problem with my network adapter which it identifies as RealTec Semiconductor Corp. RTL8029, and states that RealTec will not offer updates to it. Is this adapter a physical part of the Mac, OSX based software, Windows based software or a Parallels item? The only known problem is Windows Media Player files do not have video within Internet Explorer 8.
