Since upgrading to PD12 I seem to have lost the ability to connect between two VMs running on the same host. I've tried every network connection, and nothing has worked. And I have copied a VM to another machine and in that condition everything works great. This is on Parallels Desktop 12 Pro. I have been doing this for years with no trouble, and now on the more expensive PD pro I can't? Or is there some configuration trick I need to address?
A little more detail. When I go to network the other machine on the same host is visible, but connecting fails and suggests checking the spelling. But I am not typing, I am double clicking the computer in the network list. Also, a ping fails, again with the Check the name reference. But the ping to the VM on the other host works fine.
