Network Error with build 5584

Ever since we installed the above build on my mac I have network issues. I can connect to my local subnet but can not route to any other private routes on my network. I went into the network control panel and saw the parallel network adapters had locked on to a private network. It's acting like I am running a VPN that I can not turn off. I created a new networl location and disabled completely the parallel adapters. No luck. Anyone else see this? All was work OK before this so it pretty much points to parallels. Thanks, Kevin
