Network upload speed slow

    Configuration:
    MBP w/Yosemite - Parallels 10.1.1 - Windows 7 Professional - Parallels Network Connection = Default (Bridged)

    Problem:
    Upon initial start up the upload speed for network connection slow. When I run a speed test I get ~.5 Mbps upload. If I "cycle" (disable and then enable) the network adapter it jumps to ~11 Mbps. The download speeds never change; always ~56 Mbps.

    Any suggestions?
