I am running Windows XP SP3 on Parallels 6.0.11994 on a Mac with 10.6.7. When parallels is shut down I can use Wi-Fi in my Mac OS. When I start Parallels I can no longer use the Wi-Fi on my Mac side but it does work for Windows. I have tried both shared and bridged networking to no avail. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled Parallels and the same for Parallels tools. how can I get the Wi-Fi to work simultaneously on both the host and guest operating systems. Thanks!
Most likely somehow option "Send Host's MAC address for DHCP requests" was turned on. To turn it off, shutdown Windows and go to the menu "Virtual Machine" -> Configuration -> Hardware -> Network, choose "Airport" and turn off the option. Then switch to the SharedNetworking. Seems that you are forced to use SharedNetworking since bridging to AirPort doesn't work without this option in your case.
