I'm rather fortunate to have just taken delivery of a new Core i7 MacBook Pro and have had no problems with installing Windows 7 Ultimate x64 within Parallels 6. I've also had no problems installing XP Mode, it runs beautifully apart from the aspect that I need it for; using IE6 for legacy website testing. While Windows 7 happily shares my Mac's Internet connection, XP Mode cannot connect and subsequently ruins my Windows 7 connection in the process. Has anyone had any success in adjusting the Virtual PC or Parallels settings so that the Internets is available to everyone? It would be a lot easier than purchasing an XP license for the odd client that needs IE6 compatibility. Thanks to anyone that can help!
