Never Ending Popup Message

I have uninstalled Parallels since I have decided to dual boot my system. But now everytime I open Chrome in OS X ML, (even after quitting Chrome) a system pop up message appears with 5 instances of the message at the same time...

"Parallels Desktop was not found.
Google Chrome requires Parallels Desktop to operate. Please install Parallels Desktop and try again."

I've deleted all the files I could find that deal with Parallels but can't get the pop up message to stop appearing. It's always "Front of Windows" type of popup so it is always in the way.

Help?
