You could have warned us !!

It seems that the new version v7.1 requires an upgrade.

Whilst that is fine, some warning on the install routine would have been the decent thing to do.

We have just upgraded our servers, the licence keys have now failed & nobody at any of the 2x offices will contact us by email and we cannot speak to anybody either (we have rung all of the worlwide published offices).

There is an option to purchase the upgrade but not clear which upgrade we need for system which was running 2 * 2x Servers running ApplicationServerLoadBalancer v6.1 with redundancy (1 master, 1 slave)& printing.

Need some help - customers screaming !!!

Upgrading from 6.x to 7.x without a valid upgrade insurance or purchase within 60 days of release of the new version will cause your system to loose activation.

If you upgraded to 7.x without the proper license clearance you shall need to disconnect all users, export your settings as a backup, uninstall 7.x and re-install the latest 6.x version. Your setting should be maintained through this process.

Open a ticket and the guys shall help you resolve your issues.

    Thanks.
