New Account Problem

    My new account on parallel is asking me for previously used keys and I don't have that. What must I do to correct this

    Thank you for your feedback.

    The reason for the prompt is that you have purchased an upgrade license.

    To activate an upgrade license, you will be required to input a previous key

    For more information, please go to the link https://kb.parallels.com/124225

    If you do not have an old key, we can refund you the purchase of the upgrade license and then you can proceed to buy a ne full license.
