Hello, I have searched all over and can't find what I need to know. I am hoping someone can answer my questions to what I think is a common scenario. I had a new hard drive on my 2011 iMac installed. The old one was recalled. On the original hard drive I had Windows 7 installed in a bootcamp partition, and I had Parallels 6 running Windows from that bootcamp partition. Now with the new hard drive installed the bootcamp partition is gone, but Parallels 6 is still an installed application. Obviously when I try to run it I get errors. I assume that I am going to have to re-create the bootcamp partition on the new drive and re-install Windows 7. My question is, after I have the bootcamp partition of Windows re-installed, will the Parellels 6 application start working again? Has anybody else been in this scenario? What did you do to get Parallels 6 working again? Thanks
