New Imac 27" i7, can anyone suggest path to dual boot AND parallels win 7 pro 64 bit?

Hi. I am finished setting up my imac and installing cs 5.5 on it. Now I would like to do a dual boot setup with the ability to use parallels to run windows apps from the osx desktop. Can someone guide me in this? Will I have to re-register windows? I assume I will register it during the initial boot camp install, but will it need it again once it runs in parallels?

I have never used bootcamp OR parallels before, so any step by step for a newbie would be very helpful!
