New iMac - will Microsoft Windows 7 require reactivation under Parallels 8

    Want to replace my 2009 iMac. I use Apple Time Capsule for backup. Once I restore to new iMac will Microsoft see the new hardware and require reactivation? (Went through a reactivation nightmare with Microsoft when I switched from VMware to Parallels and hope to avoid that.) Thanks
