New Mac, Move off Bootcamp

Hello,

I purchased a new mac and need to migrate everything over. However, I want to move from a partitioned Bootcamp installation to a single partition, with the virtual machine stored on disk.

Current: Mac partition with parallels and a Bootcamp partition. I either boot directly using Bootcamp or open Parallels when I've booted into Mac.
Goal: New Mac has a single partition (no more Bootcamp), with the virtual machine stored on it and only use Parallels.

What steps do I need to take? Is this possible?
