Not a good start have tried reinstalling twice both the application server (license mismatch) and we portal. Have already moved back to Citrix to fulfill one users request, think its only the start of more to come.
Does your license cover version 9 I assume you moved from 8 to 9 ? If so simply open a support ticket and it will be handled immediately. Otherwise why upgrading to a version you do not have a license for ?
Have raised a ticket and advised to try again, our upgrade expires sometime in sept 2011. Will give it one more try tonight
