SOLVED: No A3 paper size with HP Color Laserjet 2820

Parallels 8 has by default correctly added our RICOH Aficio SP C820DN A3 network printer (installed as network printer on Mac).
For this, Parallels is using the HP Color Laserjet 2820 printer driver which I believe is correct, however it doesn't have an A3 paper size.
In applications, the paper size is set to A3, but documents are forced to print on A4 and either shrink to fit or they get cropped in half or the printer aborts the job and ignores it.

I've painfully tried to use other drivers inside of Parallels (Printers > RICOH Aficio SP C820DN > Properties > Advanced > Driver > New Driver). But any change here just crashes the print queue.

Oddly, two Macs have the same Parallels installed, on the same network, one shows A3 as an option, the other doesn't. However NEITHER print correctly (the one that does show A3 paper size never actually prints).

I deleted the existing (virtual/shared) printer from Windows.
Then shutdown the VM and CONFIGURED to NOT automatically add printers from Mac.

    In Windows:
    ADD PRINTER
    Printed not listed
Add local printer or network printer with manual settings
    Create new port (Standard TCP/IP)
On Mac, open SYSTEM PREFERENCES > PRINT & SCAN > OPTIONS & SUPPLIES > SHOW PRINTER WEBPAGE (just to get the Hostname or IP of the network printer)
    Enter HOSTNAME on Windows
Let Windows choose a driver (Ricoh Class Driver)

    Done.
