I have downloaded the Parallels upgrade to 6.0. I move countries three times in the past three years and I no longer have the activation key for Parallels Desktop 3.0 - so I am stuck. I have twice emailed "Parallels.us.cs@digitalriver.com" to ask for assistance and or the cancellation of my upgrade order, so that I can order the full package, both emails have bounced back. Is there any other way to recover an Activation Key other than off the box? Thanks, RB
