No connection iPhone and iPad Pro, LTE and WIFI available

    Dear Community support team,
    sry for my not so good english.

    I am just in the 7-day trial period and try to test the service. But i have problem to connect to my account and so to my PC:

    Both, on iPhone AND on iPad i cant connect to the server, although my internet connection is ready and working on both devices. I tried LTE and WIFI.
    (Other apps are working fine, for example teamviewer......)
    My PC is not showing up, because it says before that i cant connect because of maybe not working internetconnection?!

    what to do?

    I already had a connection to my account and to my PC. Worked fine but not too fast...
