I've created a number of VMs and none of them are able to resolve DNS over UDP. The resolver for the default IP (10.211.55.1) isn't listening on UDP/53. It is listening on TCP/53 and that does work, but since most programs don't use TCP for DNS, it's unusable. I've tried rebooting my computer. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Parallels. I've even downgraded from v20 to v17 and still have the same problem. I'm not sure what's wrong with my system.
