No idea what my account details are with existing licence

Hi

I've been prompted to re-enter my licence key, and have realised I have no idea where the activation key is, or even what email account is used on the account.

I purchased Parallels for Mac 12 in November 2016 through Cleverbridge and Paypal. However, I reckon the Paypal account was then using an email which I no longer have access to, so I can't find the receipts. Is there any way of changing my email address on my account and/or getting the activation code resent?
