Hi, I just upgraded to P26. I am using an MBP M1 with Sequoia 15.6.1. Parallels tools have been installed. The system icons are still displayed, but all the program icons just show a black square. I did not have this issue with P19. Here is how my desktop looks like. Is this a known issue?
I have another W11 VM set to German language. After starting the VM, and before installing the Parallels Tools, the program icons are displayed correctly. Strangly enough, after rebooting (and rebooting several times) the icons are still displayed correctly. This is only a test VM, the one having the problem is my production VM. I rebooted that VM several times, but the icons are not being displayed, just the black square.
I copied the VM (before the P26 update) from my external SSD back to the internal SSD. Started the VM, updated the Tools again, restarted the VM and now the icons show correctly. No idea, why they did not the first time I updated to P26. But the problem has been solved.
