No Responses from Email Support

I hate bringing this to the forum, but I've tried (at least) 4 times to get a response from Parallels to have my license key sent to me.

More than a month ago I had to do an archive-and-install of Tiger to get Office for Mac installed correctly. After that, parallels was no longer installed, so I re-installed it, but did not have the key any longer.

If one of the Parallels staff could PM me, I would like to get this resolved as soon as possible.
